Connect Jama in Violet

The below instructions are for connecting cloud-based Jama. If your instance is self-hosted, skip this section and head here.

  1. In Violet (or VioletGov), navigate to Apps and click to add a new integration.

  1. Select Jama

[Optional] You can also provide a unique name for the connection based on the credentials you're using, and you can create restricted permissions to users or groups:

  1. Provide the URL for your Jama instance:

  1. For Basic Authentication, enter your Jama Username and Password and click Connect. (Or head here if you prefer to to connect with a Jama Client ID & Secret).

  1. Once connected, configure your integration (optional), then click Create. You're done!
