Connect self-hosted Jama

Connect self-hosted Jama in Violet

  1. In Violet (or VioletGov), navigate to Integrations and click .

  2. Select Jama

[Optional] Assign permissions to which users or user groups can view the data or edit the credentials:

  1. Toggle Cloud Installation to off and provide the URL of your Jama instance.

  1. For Basic Authentication, enter your Jama Username and Password and click Connect. (Or head here if you prefer to to connect with a Jama Client ID & Secret).

  1. Note, depending on your network infrastructure, Violet may also need to be allowlisted by your Jama server. If so, allowlist the appropriate NAT Gateway IP address below: for Violet (violetlabs.com) : 50.19.87.143 for VioletGov (violetgov.com): 3.31.169.141

  2. Once connected, configure your integration (optional), then click Create. You're done!
