Connect self-hosted Jama in Violet

  1. In Violet (or VioletGov), navigate to Apps and click to add a new integration.

  1. Select Jama

[Optional] You can also provide a unique name for the connection based on the credentials you're using, and you can create restricted permissions to users or groups:

  1. Toggle Cloud Installation to off and provide the URL of your Jama instance.

  1. For Basic Authentication, enter your Jama Username and Password and click Connect. (Or head here if you prefer to to connect with a Jama Client ID & Secret).

  1. Note, depending on your network infrastructure, Violet may also need to be whitelisted by your Jama server. If so, whitelist the appropriate NAT Gateway IP address below: for Violet (violetlabs.com) : 50.19.87.143 for VioletGov (violetgov.com): 3.31.169.141

  2. Once connected, configure your integration (optional), then click Create. You're done!
