Connect Factor in Violet

To connect Factor in Violet, you’ll need an API Key and Access Token. Reach out to your Factor point of contact to request credentials.

1. In Violet (or VioletGov), navigate to Integrations and click .

2. Select Factor

3. Enter your API Key and Access Token and click Connect.

[Optional] Assign permissions to which users or user groups can view the data or edit the credentials:

1. Once connected, you can configure which types of data to ingest, how frequently data should be refreshed, etc.

2. Last, click Create to begin fetching data. You're done!
