To set up an automated sync of data from Teamcenter to Datum, follow the instructions below:
Connect Datum. First, you will need to have Datum connected in Violet - follow the instructions here. Make sure the integration is fetching Parts (and, if applicable, Files).
Connect Teamcenter. Next, set up your Teamcenter integration - follow the instructions here.
Configure Teamcenter to sync to Datum. In the Teamcenter integration panel, select Datum as the target app from the dropdown menu. Here is where you will also configure any rules for your sync, for example only pushing Released parts.
Alternatively, you can push parts to Datum on a one-off basis.
Navigate to the desired Teamcenter Part in Violet. Under Automations, select your target app and click Push. Note, if this part is an assembly, the entire assembly will be pushed.
Once successful, you will now see this part and its children in Teamcenter, Violet and Datum.
