Connecting Fusion360 in Violet
To connect Fusion in Violet, you will need to generate an API token. Follow the instructions below:
Log in to Fusion and navigate to User Preferences by clicking on your user profile icon in the upper left hand corner of the screen (or navigate to https://app.stokefusion.com/me)
Select the API Keys tab
Enter a name in the API Key field and click add.
In Violet, navigate to Apps and select Fusion.
You will be prompted to create a New Connection in the pop-up window. Enter a name for the connection and provide the API Key that was generated in Fusion.
Click Connect with API Key. Once a successful connection is made, you will be prompted to configure your integration.
Select how often you want to fetch data, and select the types of data you want to fetch. Enter a name for the integration and click Create. You should begin to see data fetching in the Apps dashboard.
