1. In Violet (or VioletGov), navigate to Apps and click to add a new integration.

1. Select GENESYS.

• If you'd like, provide a unique name for the connection.

• You can also set view or edit permissions for users or groups. If you don’t need to, you can skip this.

1. Enter the URL of your GENESYS Server, your GENESYS username and password, and click Connect.

2. Once connected, configure your integration (optional), then click Create. You're done!
