Connecting Brex in Violet

1. Navigate to Apps and click Brex.

   If you’d like, enter a name for the connection to indicate whose credentials were used.

   

   You will have the option to restrict permissions on the integration to certain users or groups. If you don’t need to do this, you can skip this step.

   
2. Click Connect with Brex.

3. You’re done!

Alternatively, you can log in using an API Token generated in Brex. Follow the instructions below:

[Optional] Generate an API Token

1. In Brex, navigate to your user profile in the upper right-hand corner and select Company Settings

   
2. In Company Settings, select Developer, and click Create Token

   
3. Enter a name for your token and check “Read/Write” for all scopes available, and “Read” for all others. (While we don’t currently support all of these endpoints, this will make your token compatible with any future features that do).

   
4. Click Create Token. Copy the token and save it somewhere safe - you won’t be able to generate it again (but you can always create a new one). Then head back to Violet and enter it in the Brex Integration panel.
