Navigate to Apps and click Asana.
You will have the option to restrict permissions on the ingested data to certain users or groups. If you don’t need to do this, skip this step.
Click Connect with Asana and sign in with your Asana credentials. You’re done!
If you prefer to connect via Personal Access Token, follow the instructions below to generate one. Then in Violet, click Show other authentication options, enter your token, and click Connect with API Token.
In Asana, navigate to your profile icon in the top right corner and click My Settings
In the top menu, select Apps, then Manage Developer Apps to navigate to the Asana developer console.
Select Create new token, then give the token a descriptive name, select the checkbox to agree to the Asana API Terms, and click Create token.
