# Cumplimiento de ITAR/EAR

**VioletGov** cumple totalmente con EAR/ITAR; está alojado en una partición AWS GovCloud (EE. UU.) y todos los datos de los clientes se almacenan exclusivamente en servicios de GovCloud. Esto garantiza que todos los datos cumplan los requisitos de residencia, almacenamiento y procesamiento para cargas de trabajo gubernamentales.

Violet accede a los datos de las aplicaciones de software de su equipo (Gov y no-Gov) mediante SSL/TLS, garantizando el cifrado de los datos en tránsito. Todos los datos almacenados (incluidas bases de datos, archivos, cachés y registros de aplicaciones) están cifrados en reposo con AES de 256 bits.

Los datos de clientes sensibles según ITAR solo son accesibles para empleados de Violet Labs que sean Personas de EE. UU. y que hayan recibido capacitación en ITAR/EAR. Los datos sensibles según ITAR que necesiten ser accedidos fuera de la plataforma Violet alojada en GovCloud nunca se descargan ni almacenan.
