# Invite a su equipo

Navega a tu icono de usuario y selecciona **Usuarios y Grupos:**

## Importar Usuarios

Para importar una lista de usuarios a Violet, haz clic en **Importación CSV**. Sube un archivo en el formato especificado para crear los usuarios.

## Crear un Usuario Individual

Haz clic en +**Invitar Usuario** para crear un nuevo usuario, luego completa su nombre, apellido y dirección de correo electrónico. Recibirán un correo electrónico solicitándoles que verifiquen su dirección de correo y creen una contraseña.

Haz clic en **+Grupo** para crear un nuevo grupo de usuarios.

Para editar la información de un usuario, haz clic en el icono de editar en la fila de ese usuario.&#x20;

Para eliminar un usuario, haz clic en el icono de la papelera.

### Usuarios Invitados

Si un usuario es externo a tu organización y necesitas limitar su acceso a los datos en Violet, marca el **¿Invitar al usuario como invitado?** botón al agregar al usuari&#x6F;**.**&#x20;

Agrega usuarios externos a grupos de usuarios y al [Programas](/es/funciones/programas.md) al que están asignados, dándoles acceso de solo lectura al [Requisitos](/es/funciones/requisitos.md) del programa y la capacidad de ver y dejar comentarios en los requisitos.&#x20;

Los usuarios invitados no *son* miembros del grupo de usuarios "Todos los Usuarios".
