Connect Silkline in Violet

To connect Silkline in Violet, you’ll first need a Client ID and Client Secret. Reach out to your Silkline rep to get these credentials, then follow the instructions below.

1. In Violet (or VioletGov), navigate to Integrations and click to add a new integration.

2. Select Silkline

3. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret and click Connect with credentials.

[Optional] You can also provide a unique name for the connection based on the credentials you're using, and you can create restricted permissions to users or groups:

1. Once you're connected, you can configure which types of data to ingest, how frequently data should be refreshed, etc. Last, click Create to begin fetching data. You're done!
