Use the Greenhouse integration to fetch and organize hiring and interview data

Connect Greenhouse in Violet

1. In Violet (or VioletGov), navigate to Integrations and click .

2. Select Greenhouse.

3. Click Connect with Greenhouse and enter your Greenhouse Client ID and Client Secret.

   1. Follow the Greenhouse Guide for API Credential Creation to create API Credentials for Harvest V3 and obtain a Client ID and Client Secret.

   2. Follow the Greenhouse Guide for Credentials and Permissions to enable permissions for each of the Greenhouse data types that you wish to fetch into Violet. If you have questions about which permissions are required, reach out to your Violet contact.

[Optional] Assign permissions to which users or user groups can view the data or edit the credentials:

1. Once connected, you can configure which types of data to ingest, how frequently data should be refreshed, etc.

2. Last, click Create to begin fetching data. You're done
